Q: How do I care for and serve my treats?

  • Mini-Cheesecake: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container or covered in aluminum foil or plastic wrap until ready to be served.  The Mini-Cheesecakes should remain fresh for 5-6 days.

  • Banana Crumble Muffin: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container or covered in aluminum foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving. The Muffins should be enjoyed within 1 week.

  • Brookies: Store at room temperature in an airtight container.  The Brookies should be enjoyed within 1 week.

Q: For how long have you been baking?

Our head pastry chef, Tiffany, has been baking for over 15 years and has professional experience under the tutelage of experienced and extremely successful bakers.  After 10 years of continual requests from friends and family to open up her own bakery, SNACK by Tiffany was born!  You may find more information about our story here.

Q: Do you cater desserts for weddings and other large events?

Yes, of course we do!  We would love to provide desserts for your wedding, birthday, graduation, anniversary, promotion, or any other celebration so please contact us for more details.

Q: Do your treats contain any allergens?

Our products do contain milk and eggs, however no nuts or soy products are used in our kitchen.

Q: Do you have any gluten-free, sugar-free, or non-dairy items on your menu?

Unfortunately, we don't have those options at the moment.  Check out our current menu for a list of all the yummy treats that we have available.

Q: Do you provide nutritional information?

Please see Our Ingredients for a list of the highest quality ingredients that we use.  You can rest assured that we use the utmost care in the preparation of your delicious treats. We currently do not provide nutritional information for review.

Q: I need to cancel my order/I am not satisfied with my order.  What are your store policies?

We pride ourselves on customer service and we desire 100% satisfaction among each and every valuable customer with all of the products that they purchase.  If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) and we will work together to resolve your case in an individual and timely manner.  In most cases we will offer to fix a mistake, replace treats, or provide a voucher towards a future purchase.  It is our goal for everyone who walks through our doors to leave with a smile and we will do everything we can to ensure that happens.
